4. Founder Responsibility
Founders are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to Traqqi is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
Founders must not:
Provide misleading information
Misrepresent revenue or traction
Submit false financial data
Mislead investors regarding business performance
Infringe intellectual property rights
Traqqi reserves the right to remove any listing that appears misleading, fraudulent, inaccurate, or harmful to users.
5. No Guarantee of Funding
Submitting a startup to Traqqi does not guarantee:
Funding
Investment
Investor meetings
Acquisition offers
Business partnerships
Commercial success
Traqqi makes reasonable efforts to improve startup visibility but cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
6. No Guarantee of Investment Opportunities
Likewise, investors are not guaranteed access to profitable investments, successful startups, or business opportunities.
Every investment carries risk, including the risk of partial or total loss of capital.
7. Direct Founder-Investor Interactions
Once founders and investors are introduced or connected, they are responsible for conducting their own discussions, negotiations, agreements, and due diligence.
Traqqi is not a party to any negotiations, contracts, investments, acquisitions, partnerships, share transfers, equity transactions, or business arrangements between users.
Any agreement entered into between users is solely their responsibility.
8. Limitation of Liability

Misrepresentation by investors
